English Youth Camp (July 20-27)

For young people (ages 14-23) from the US, UK, Germany & Holland, a time for worship, sports, ministry, and a day trip to Kassel.

The Anglican Church in Germany has been organizing English youth camps for more than 30 years.   This year's camp theme is:  "Gospel & Spirituals"

It's all about having lots of fun at camp with other teenagers and a guest who's flown in especially from South Carolina, USA. Friendships and invitations to the USA can develop here.

Participants should be between 14 and 23 years old and have four to five years of school English. This is an opportunity to practice your English with native speakers without an expensive stay abroad.

Here's what you can expect:  English conversation throughout the camp, contact with like-minded people from the USA, Germany, and the Netherlands, as well as lots of fun, sports, and games. Daily Christian spiritual input will be provided by the team. KNÜLLCAMP offers full board accommodation, leisure activities, and international encounters.  

The program

• Camp language: English – 4-5 years of school English required – or bilingual upbringing
• Quiet times
• Music and singing : Youth choir from the USA – Bible reflections & devotions • Softball, volleyball, soccer, classic archery (professional instruction), etc.
• Small group activities – English country dancing
• Martial arts: With Grandmaster Mustafa Münster
• Hiking , Lochbachklamm gorge ,  swimming and/or canoeing , and much more
• Campfire and snacks every evening
• Day trip : Kassel ( canoe trip: Cuxhagen-Kassel ), Hercules monument, Wilhelmshöhe Palace Park , Königsstraße city center • Various seminars / Talent Night – last evening 

The participation fee is €220 per person, including accommodation, meals, and day trips; overnight stays in your own tent reduce the cost by €50. Canoe rental is extra.
